For the name choice we have decided on;

"Mental Balance": This name plays on the idea of yin and yang as opposing forces that must be balanced. It encourages people to strive for mental balance in their lives.

"Mindful Harmony": This name combines the concept of mindfulness with the idea of harmony between opposing forces. It encourages people to be aware of their mental state and work towards inner peace.
