How do I adjust my order? ​
If you ordered a wrong size, inputted the wrong address, and/or notice any other mistakes regarding your order, let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to adjust it for you. If your package has already shipped, we can no longer amend the order.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet? 
Orders typically ship within 10-14 business days. If, for any other reason we have not been able to ship your order in that time, we will contact you via email and let you know. Please be sure to check your spam folder!

How do I avail of free local shipping?
We are currently offering free shipping locally in the Limerick and surrounding regions. A little thank you for supporting our local Irish owned business. This will be applied at check out. 

How do I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel or adjust orders after order have processed.
Please contact us if there is an issue with your order. 
All Sales Are Final Unless Product Is Received Damaged or Lost During Shipping
